Brief: X CONNECT - is an online booking system for travel industry. The system is capable of any number of xml connectivity and you can add in module for Hotel, Transfers, Sightseeing tours, Rail, Flights and Travel Insurance. X Connect is a flexible system which can be used for B2B, B2C, B2E, B2B2E or B2B2C selling.
Ready made Connectivity: The system is READY-CONNECTED with most of the major OTA suppliers available on xml like Expedia, Hotelbeds, Agoda, Miki, Travco, DOTW, Agoda etc.
Multiple distribution channels: Create and manage users at different levels – B2C, Branches, Wholesaler, Subagents & Corporates. All bookings can be viewed and controlled from a central system.
Online booking engine: Completely Web-based site with real-time rates and availability from your connected suppliers. You can add on more modules – Transfers, Tours, Car Rentals, Travel Insurance, Flights, Rail products, Packages to create a one stop booking engine for your organisation. Includes Auto-documentation of vouchers, invoices and payment receipts, supplier payment.
Email alerts: Autogenerates emails for booking confirmation and cancellations. Sends emails to alert on bookings entering cancellation period to ensure timely action from users. Auto cancellation of non-reconfirmed bookings also available in the system.
Faster turnaround time: X Connect performs search using advanced multi-threading technology and will send request to multiple suppliers at the same time. Results from suppliers are filtered and displayed based on the cheapest rates saving you the valuable time spent in comparing suppliers.
Flexible Margin / Mark-up Module: Includes a very flexible mark-up module where you can define the mark-up based on user role – subagents, branch office, wholesaler, corporate, etc. Advanced margin module helps define margins based on supplier.
Search by Nationality: If you sell to different markets or if the nationality of your clients can be different, the system can search for the right price based on the Nationality of the client.
Booking Quote Module: Use the system to send quotes by email from the search results. You can send for multiple hotels with hotel information and day wise rates (where available).
Hotel Location Map: X Connect is integrated with Google Maps to provide users the feature to view the location map of the hotels in search results. You can also use the location filter to view hotels by location.
Credit Control: Controlling of credit to users can be done by various parameters – On booking, voucher issuance, by service dates, etc. Auto reminders of credit utilization is also possible through the system.
MIS: The system can generate a wide range of reports based on productivity, activity, accounts, etc.
Manage Exchange Rates: The Rate of Exchange feature enables you to update rate of exchange for various currencies manually or automatically. You are able to setup a buying currency and fix selling currency by agency or by region.
Flexible pricing plan: We have multiple pricing plans to suit every need. You can choose based on your business requirement and determine the number of xmls and modules required. There will be a one time nominal setup and monthly maintenance charge which includes hosting, server space, database, daily xml maintenance, mapping of hotels and destinations.

E-Net
Brief: E Net A web based system where you can sell your contracted net rates from multiple suppliers. You can maintain your own contracted rates for hotels, transfers and sightseeing tours. Can easily add / control the service information, images, market wise rates, cancellation policies, allocations/ free sale, sale promotions like pay and stay offer and early bird offer through this system.
All X Connect features are available in E Net also and it is possible to combine both so can have a system with Own contracting module + XML connectivity.
